Based on the injuries inflicted upon the victim, Jordan Elizabeth Long was arrested for domestic related simple assault and harassment. Long then pushed the victim to the ground causing injuries to his back. The investigation revealed the victim had been assaulted by Jordan Elizabeth Long after the two were involved in a short argument. Police report that upon arrival officers spoke with the male victim who advised them he had been assaulted in the area between Chestnut Street and Montgomery Avenue. 21 – Lewistown Police Department reports responding to Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital to an assault victim who had been assaulted in Lewistown Borough. Boring was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, resisting arrest and simple assault. Boring was eventually subdued with a Taser. Boring resisted officers as they attempted to take her into custody. During the altercation, police report Boring became angry and began to fight and strangle the female victim leaving bruising around her neck area. Police report that Linda Marie Boring, 53, of Lewistown, was involved in an altercation with a female victim. 20 – Lewistown Police Department report responding to a residence on Central Avenue for a domestic dispute. Charges for confinement of dogs were filed.Īggravated assault – Feb.
